Leafy Decor - Pinkfresh Studio

Hi Crafty Friends,

Phew, popping in, at the very last minute, to link up my card for the current Pinkfresh Studio Monthly Challenge, where the theme is leaves/greenery. I have been trying all month long to play along with the September challenge but time has not been on my side!  Thankfully, I had a coupe of hours to myself last night so I managed to do some crafting - yipee!

For my clean and simple card I decided to ink up the leafy decor stamp set for the first time.  It is the perfect size for a mini slimline card.  I coloured the image with my copics and cut the image out as I don't have the die.  The background panel was die cut using a rectangle from the essential slimline bundle collection from pinkfresh studio. This is an awesome die set, and I thoroughly recommend it. I gave the background panel just a little touch of texture by using an old impression plate from papertrey ink. For the card base, I die cut a diagonal stitched rectangle and adhered it directly onto a card measuring 3inches by 6inches.

The sentiment is from the leafy decor stamp set.  I heat embossed it in white onto black cardstock and mounted it with foam tape. I added a few awesome jewels for some added bling to finish of this simple card.

Supplies:
Pinkfresh Studio Stamps - Leafy Decor
Pinkfresh Studio Dies - Mini Slimline Essential Bundle
Papertrey Ink Impression Plate - Linen and Canvas
Tsukineko Memento Ink - Tuxedo Black
Tsukineko Versamark - Watermark Ink
Stampendous Embossing Powder -  White
Pinkfresh Studio Jewels - Ballet Slipper, Emerald City, Sky Blue

I would also like to play along in the following challenge:

Thanks for popping by. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

Hugs Ax
