Birthday Bunny

Hi there,

Yippee, I have managed to make another card. Here's hoping I can keep this up until bubs number 2 arrives in 11 weeks. It is so good to be creating again.

I was browsing the challenge sites for some inspiration and really wanted to play along with Cupcake Inspirations Challenge as the theme was bunnies and I love critters, and missed out on making any Easter cards.

I coloured in a really cute digital image from Just Me Digital Stamps, but then was completely stumped when it came to putting a card together.  I am really struggling with card layouts as my crafting mojo is taking its time coming back.  So of I went to look for more inspiration and then I saw the sketch by Karren at Freshly Made Sketches.  Perfect for me - clean and simple.

Here is my card, I hope you like it.

Supplies:
Just Me Digital Stamps - Hoppy Happy Easter Bunny
MFT Stamps - More Essential Sentiments
Simon Says Stamp Cardstock - Smoke
American Crafts Amy Tangerine Paper Pad - Sketchbook
MFT Die-namics - Blueprints 24
MFT Die-namics - Slanted Sentiment Strips
MFT Die-namics - Oval Shadows
Pretty Pink Posh Sequins - Summer Mix 4mm

I would also like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Thanks so much for  popping by and taking a look. Have a great Friday.
Hugs Ax

  2. That bunny is so cute and coloured beautifully. Love the cas layout. Does the 'wee' bit of your blog name come from your Scottish roots? I am also Scottish born and now living in Oz. All the best for a safe arrival of Number 2. Thanks for sharing with us at ATSM this week.

    1. Hi Ina, yes, I use the word 'wee' alot :) I've been in Oz about 6 years now, but go back home to Scotland quite often, as all my family are there. Thank you for your kind words.
